Anxiety is one of the major areas that I help people with. It covers a wide range of things, from general anxieties about social events, to specific problems like a fear of public speaking.

The positive news is that both Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy work incredibly well for anxiety.

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety can range from a mild inconvenience to an overwhelming feeling which has a significant impact on work, relationships with colleagues and loved ones, and all aspects of life. And partly because of this it can be hard for those suffering with it to seek help, or when they do to find the right help.
