With a huge (and expanding) evidence base of the many benefits, Mindfulness can be found supporting people and organisations from the self-employed to huge organisations such as Google, Apple and Nike.
So what is it? 
Mindfulness is essentially a simple idea – it’s about being fully present and aware of your emotions, physical sensations and everything that’s going on around you. That sounds incredibly simple and easy, so what’s the challenge? The difficulty for most people is in understanding how you do this, and how you integrate it into your daily life or that of your business or staff team.  This is something I specialise in – Mindfulness in the Real World.
There’s also a lot more to it than that (otherwise a course in Mindfulness, let alone a Masters, would be a very short course!), from the applications in different contexts, overcoming inbuilt barriers and challenges, knowing when and how to use, refining skills and much more.

Why me?
I am a fully qualified Mindfulness Coach and Teacher, and have experience establishing Mindfulness into schools & other education settings, businesses, and working with individuals to establish their own mindfulness routines and I also have my own daily Mindfulness practice, very much ‘practising what I teach’.
